Day 1: Arrive in Chengdu

Upon arrival of Chengdu, you will meet with our private guide and be transferred to hotel for check-in. After a rest at hotel, we start to explore the city from Kuan Zhai Xiang Zi, a charming historic street famous for its unique blend of traditional Sichuan architecture, vibrant local culture, and a wide array of delicious street food and shops, then Culture Park, a beloved urban oasis in the heart of the city, offering a serene blend of traditional Chinese gardens, teahouses, and cultural activities. In the evening, we will enjoy Sichuan Opera, a vibrant and ancient form of traditional Chinese theater, renowned for its colorful masks, intricate costumes, and unique performance techniques such as face-changing and fire-spitting, which bring to life a rich tapestry of stories and legends from Chinese folklore.

Day 2: Chengdu to Ya’an

After breakfast at hotel, we drive to visit a historic town located in the suburan area of Chengdu, known for its well-preserved traditional architecture and authentic local lifestyle, offering a glimpse into the past with its old teahouses, narrow alleyways, and lively markets. Drive to Ya’an and visit the Giant Panda Base inside of Bifeng Xia scenic area, famous for its lush green valleys, towering cliffs, and crystal-clear streams. In the evening, we take a short stay at Yazhou Gallery Bridge, which is particularly enchanting at night, with its colorful lights illuminating the structure and creating a vibrant atmosphere.

Day 3: Hailuogou

Leaving from hotel in Ya’an, we drive to visit Hailuogou, known for its stunning combination of glaciers, hot springs, and lush forests. It's a unique destination where you can experience the contrast between icy glaciers and warm, soothing hot springs, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty.

Day 4: From Kangding to Xinduqiao

In the morning, we'll embark on a scenic drive to Kangding via the picturesque Yumo Road. Along the way, we'll make several stops at carefully selected observation points to take in the breathtaking landscapes of rolling mountains and lush valleys. Upon arrival in Kangding, we'll visit the enchanting Mugecuo Lake, where we'll board a cruise boat to explore the lake's serene beauty up close. Afterward, we'll continue our journey by driving to Xinduqiao, where we can enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding countryside and perhaps take some memorable photos.

Day 5: Tagong

Xinduqiao is a hidden gem that offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and peacefulness, we will explore its natural beauty by visiting some local villages and the surrounding area, which offers stunning views of mountains, rivers, and grasslands. Going through the picturesque “ Ten Miles Gallery”, we continue to visit Tagong Monastery. It is a renowned Tibetan Buddhist monastery with a rich history and cultural significance, featuring stunning architecture and beautiful murals, and is surrounded by picturesque landscapes, which include Ba Lang Sheng Du Village and Ge Ri Ma Village with the nickname of “mini Seda”.

Day 6: From Tagong to Danba

On our journey to Danba, we'll take a scenic route that includes a stop at the intriguing Black Stone Park, where ancient inscriptions and mysterious rock formations await. As we continue, we'll arrive at the picturesque Jiaju Tibetan Village, known for its stunning architecture with multi-story, brightly colored houses perched on the hillside, creating a unique and captivating sight. Nearby, the Suopo Tibetan Village offers a deeper dive into traditional Tibetan culture, with its well-preserved customs, warm local hospitality, and beautiful natural surroundings.

Day 7: Danba

Today we will drive 2 hours to visit a hidden gem – Dangling Village, nestled in the mountains with stunning natural beauty. It’s renowned for its pristine lakes, hot springs, and picturesque landscapes, offering a tranquil escape into nature. We will take a light hiking tour to Hulu Lake (4200m) and Zhuoyong Lake (4360m) and go back by riding a horse or a motorbike ridden by local villager.

Day 8: Drive to Siguniangshan

This morning will take you to explore another Tibetan village – Zhonglu, which is known for its unique stone houses, terraced fields, and stunning mountain views, offering an authentic glimpse into traditional Tibetan rural life. Drive to Siguniangshan and visit Shuangqiao Valley by taking tourist shuttle.

Day 9: High-speed Train to Jiuzhaigou

We drive back to Chengdu and take high-speed train to Jiuzhaigou. Meeting with local guide and driver, we will be transferred to hotel at the entrance area of Jiuzhaigou.

Day 10: Jiuzhaigou

Full day tour of Jiuzhaigou, a fairyland of prismatic lakes, cascading waterfalls, and ancient forests.

Day 11: Huanglong and Back to Chengdu

Drive to visit Huanglong Scenic Area to see its colorful pools and unique travert formationsine amid snow - capped mountains and dense forests, then transfer to take high-speed train back to Chengdu.

Day 12: Departure from Chengdu

On the last day in Chengdu, you have the freedom to design your own schedule. If you would like indulging in some well-deserved rest, you can choose to stay at the hotel and enjoy a long, relaxing sleep. Alternatively, if you’re eager to make the most of your remaining time, you can venture out to explore the city by visiting local beautiful parks or strolling along the vibrant pedestrian streets.

According to the flight time, you will be transferred to airport and take departure flight back to home.
